Council Expenses

The Financial Plan provides Council with a budget for attending conferences, external committee work and self-directed training. Use of the budget is guided by Policy 3.07. Additionally, Council members have the option of using City of Maple Ridge cell phones and IPads to facilitate their work on behalf of the community. This cost is budgeted for separately from costs incurred under Policy 3.07. The costs associated with the use of City of Maple Ridge cell phones and IPads are included on this schedule in order to align the expenses reported here with those reported in the annual Statement of Financial Information.
