Public Education Programs

"Providing fire and safety education to children and adults is now considered to be one of the most important services provided by the City" (TNS Canadian Facts).

Public Education programs are coordinated and delivered by the Assistant Chief of Community and Administrative Services and our firefighters.

One of the most popular Public Education programs we offer is the tour of Fire Hall No. 1. Due to the volume of requests we get for Hall Tours, we can only accept requests for community groups based in Maple Ridge.

We also offer custom programs for other community and service groups.
